There were some issues with cables coming loose, either during assembly or shipping, that I had to turn some screws and re-attach to fix, but their support was very helpful, and this is a very good electric scooter that gets the advertised 25mph (I weigh about 195 pounds, and I actually get just over 25mph on a flat surface. Getting up inclines is pretty good too, compared to other scooters I've ridden)Rear and front breaks are nice, and give plenty of breaking control, and the dual suspension helps out a lot, especially on the bumpy streets and sidewalks of Boston. Tires are nice, and fairly beefy. I've read a lot of reviews about the tires going flat easily, but I've had this on, again, very bumpy and debris strewn roads, and have taken it off road a bit as well, and they seem pretty rugged and and durable so far.Overall, very satisfied with this purchase.
