Changing my final review to 3 stars as I was issued a full refund after a long, grueling return process (3 weeks total).16 days into owning this scooter it broke down with error code E8 and AMAZON DOES NOT LET YOU RETURN DUE TO HAZARD WASTE CLASSIFICATION. I REPEAT YOU CANNOT RETURN THIS SCOOTER TO AMAZON!Contacting Hiboy directly for warranty support which SLOW AND FRUSTRATING. Nyida/HIBOY SUPPORT was nice enough and wanted to send me out a wiring harness to fix the E8 ERROR CODE, insisted several times actually but I quickly decided I wanted a full refund for the fulling reasonsI was in my 30 days Walmart return windowDidn't particular care that scooter BROKE DOWN AFTER 3 USESI was frustrated by amazon incorrect item description on the product listing that differed from the product manualReturn Process with seller-This process was long, frustrating and took forever to find a Fedex location that would accept theHAZARDOUS WASTE RETURN in addition to a competent FEDEX worker who just doesn't AUTO NO you when you try to return a HAZARDOUS WASTE RETURNleaving my initial feedback as I did have an awesome time before it BROKE DOWN! I enjoyed the off-road potential and 800w battery/motor was a BEAST!2 weeks in This scooter is amazingHandles off-road like a champ which is key for me as my roads aren’t perfect with bumps and what notTried cheaper ones and they were all mehThis scooter sits up high so it can handle small rocks and grass ( it gets bumpy but it’s fun)Has both power and controlGreat for recreational or commuteMy daughter loves it but this is dads toy 🥴
