I like that it integrates directly into Slack so we can easily pull in content from there while also having threaded conversations between our members without switching windows or tabs. It's easy for new people who aren't used to forum software but are familiar with slack chat room software to use quickly as well! There isn't anything really specific dislike about this system other than sometimes some of us get logged off when using public wifi networks (not always their fault). We have been very happy with this solution since implementing them back in April 2018 - all staff enjoy being able reach eachother anywhere at anytime via an internal communication tool called "Forum Bee". I really like that it's easy for customers to get answers from our customer service team when needed via chat or email. It also gives us some insights into how people interact in forums so we can improve things as necessary. The layout could be improved - perhaps by having more customisation options available (e.g., different colours). We're using forumbeeboards internally but haven't yet used them externally though they look good!
