Review on APC Protection SurgeArrest Performance P11VNT3 by Niko Knight

I bought this surge protector in 2015 and one of the reasons I chose it was the lifetime protection up to $100,000. We had a thunderstorm last week and now all the devices I have connected to the surge protector are not working including the TV I just bought in December. Last Wednesday I went to the manufacturer's website and submitted an application with all the information about the surge protector. The automated reply I received with the case number promised a response within 2 business days. Today is Labor Day 6. I will update this review when there are updates, but at the moment I don't have a new TV and DVD player and have had to replace my cable box and modem. This protector has worked great as a proper power supply for all your devices so far, but I wouldn't trust future protection claims. So disappointed!
