The thing is very good for the price and well thought out to the last detail. It's perfect for our "teacher station" for the temporary homeschooling that many of us do. It's relatively durable. It will hold a heavy punch, but I wouldn't actually use a punch there - it flexes a bit under extra pressure. Suspension files on the back are a welcome addition. Note that the files must be purchased separately. They are standard size, not legal. The 3 shelves pull out which worked great for me because my labeler is too big to fit so I pulled the base out a bit. You can also do this to route the charging cable behind shelves when you want to charge your phone or tablet. You can use it without the drawer if you only need 3 shelves then you can use the drawer as a separate piece. It fits on the top or bottom shelf, not the middle one. It slides off the base smoothly despite not having any marks. It's a bit difficult to put together compared to similar items I've bought, but I think that probably means it's of a higher quality. I have attached the instructions so you can see. You need a large screwdriver. I would buy again.
