I received and installed it. Between reading the written instructions and looking at the picture on Revain, I figured it out. I'm not very mechanical. This replaced the tray with two shelves. This is functional and appropriate. I was looking for something more appealing for a non-commercial office environment, but couldn't find an organizer with as many features as this. The spacious compartments in the urgently needed drawer are positive. The shelves are a decent size, but documents get easily buried if you let them stack. If assembling wasn't a problem I would give it 5 stars. Gathering things isn't my problem, the problem is that the locations of the holes don't match. I had to get the drill into two new areas next to the holes I placed because it didn't line up with the bars and I couldn't get the screws in. Luckily I had the equipment for it. It holds everything perfectly. I use part of my file folder to store my laptop, the top shelf to store things from my wallet, the middle shelf to store important papers, and the drawer holds your desk essentials. My only complaint is that the box is just there. Therefore, when you pull it out to get things, it falls on the table with a clatter. I've been using it for a week now, I've fallen in love with it. I'm a clutter freak and I'm tired of folders piling up on my desk and having to constantly dig through piles to find what I'm looking for. This organizer allows me to sort them into three neat piles - one on each of the two trays and another in the back "hanging" section (which you can use without hanging file folders). The thing is very good for the price and well thought out to the last detail. It's perfect for our "teacher station" for the temporary homeschooling that many of us do. It's relatively durable.
