Most leave a review right after opening the box but trust me. It was nothing but a lemon after the first 30 days. After having to send it back to fix a bad hardware connection, I opened several tickets and spent hours trying to troubleshoot this device. From not loading to not switching between tablet/laptop mode to black screens and no video. Basically, google HP laptop problems and you can bet this laptop lives up to those reports. frequently. However, the customer support is top notch, but I think if your laptop is running low quality hardware and you always need assistance, this is better. I'd also be wary of accepting an enhanced plan that claims you'll get a refund if no issues need fixing. I would have lost that money 2 weeks after the laptop was repaired and sent back to me as I needed to fix something else.
