I have very fine wavy/curly hair that frizzes a lot, especially when I sleep (because I turn over so often). I've read many reviews of similar silk and satin bonnets, and it seemed like they were either a little tight or fell off my head. Well this one is NOT too tight and stays on my head all night! It also has plenty of room, so if you have thicker or longer hair, it will likely suit you. The best part is that I can go to bed with beautiful waves, and when I get up in the morning and take off my hat, NO GUNS! I'm very happy with it! (Even though my husband thinks I look stupid in it lol)
