The laptop was obviously taken away before it was repaired. All corners are torn and there is a sticker on the top of the lid that hides traces of damage. This makes the sticker look pretty cute. This is a durable aluminum sticker. Also, Windows 10 will not activate even though the description says it includes Windows. I took out the battery to find the license key and it was stripped. You can tell it was there because the corners of the sticker are still attached. Luckily I had a spare Windows key lying around from another dead Dell laptop. Finally, the laptop comes with a charger. And don't be fooled by the Microsoft refurbished box they come in. Basically it's ok for the price. I just wish the description wasn't so misleading.
