Very user friendly - it was intuitive straight away! The training we received prior to implementation helped us understand how best to utilize this software as well as provided helpful tips/tricks along with our support team who were always available via email or phone should any issues arise during setup process etcetera.

It's not perfect but overall I would give them 5 stars if possible because there are some things you could do better (e.g. customising fields), however they've addressed most problems quickly so far which gives me confidence moving forward knowing their customer service will get back around pretty quick when needed. This product helps streamline patient data entry into electronic files, improving accuracy & speed at each level i.e., provider staff member entering information directly onto chart vs having to wait until after seeing patients before completing forms / uploading info online.
