I bought this unit to secure my solar panel but after a few weeks I found my batteries were not charging, no sun or wind. I contacted support and Picaosla contacted me. He put me through several tests over the course of a few days and we found that the turbine was defective so Picaosla asked Revane to send me a new alternator and I received a new one 3 days later. Installed, works as advertised. Even in light winds you need a steady 25-30 mph wind to get 13V DC. I am very happy with their customer service and working with Pikaosla was great. I was also impressed that the turbine was bad, but they supplied everything, not just the turbine. brian
