My wife uses this wrap to hold a standard 207516 ace cold pack on her knees. we need one This wrap is a nice size (7" wide x 25" long) and comes with a handy inner pocket that does a great job of holding a gel pack or cold pack so it doesn't slip out. This item needs to be closed very tightly to hold it on the elbow as the material inside is quite smooth. But it's much better than wearing a cold or hot compress all the time. The model number of the product is 203961. I have no idea where this listing came from with the model number given. I have uploaded a photo of the case.
