Review on Berkey COMINHKPR69752 Black Primer: An Essential Tool for Heavy Duty Paint and Surface Preparation by Michael Gonzales

The instructions that came with the primer were not helpful. because important information is missing. I had to watch several YouTube videos made by users to learn how to use it; When I put everything together I couldn't fill it with water after a few minutes. Then I called Burke on 800 - they told me it should work after about 50 clicks. When I told them I must have pressed 200 times they told me I assembled them incorrectly which was disappointing as the instructions were so terrible. I remarked that they should have better instructions and the woman on the phone told me they were dealers only. So the people in Berke couldn't answer my questions; YouTube got me this far; gave up and still haven't put my berkey back together after owning it for 1 month now.
