Review on 🏠 Skywalker Roof Mount - Signature Series, Non-penetrating by Onsommoshit Mathews

I have previously purchased a Steren 221-110 mount from another seller for a few dollars more than this Skywalker mount and have been pleased. Unfortunately the seller increased the price so I bought a Skywalker mount as the photos of both models look the same and they are almost identical in size; number, location and position of mounting holes; and equipment included. However, Skywalker's mount uses thinner materials than Sterene's. The difference in weight and stiffness between the two mounts is clearly noticeable. In addition, the color applied to the top was unsatisfactory. It gives the impression that someone sprayed paint on the underside and didn't paint the other side, so the only paint on that side was overspray. I ended up spray painting the entire top as the exposed metal started to rust after a few days. If I had to buy another one I would choose Steren 221-110. It was not worth returning or repainting this item.
