VERY fast and fairly accurate
I use this food weighing scale to count the calories and salt in my diet. The scale reads very quickly, which is great. This scale replaces a battery powered scale that randomly started resetting. What I didn't know was that I had set my weighing routine to turn off the scale if I weighed too long. These scales are connected to the wall, eliminating this problem. Very beautiful. The battery powered scale also took seconds to tare. This scale does it instantly. It seems accurate enough. When heated, the measured values shift by a few tenths of a gram. This is not a problem for my use. Most scales do not match their resolution, so this deviation is reasonable.
