Pretty and colorful when full, especially when combined with different types of cooking oil. Conveniently within reach next to the stove, ready to use. Nice to serve, makes me feel like a real chef! Depending on the angle at which you hold the bottle, you can either pour just drops or a stream. Ideal for reducing the amount of fat when frying food. It doesn't drip or drip onto itself. Only 9 inches high and about 3 inches wide, but big enough to hold about half a pitcher of vegetable oil (16 ounces). The bottom of the dropper bottle is flat so you can place it on the counter without tipping over or hang it on a nice iron stand. (The stand is a little fragile/lightweight, so don't install it in a place where it can be easily knocked over).
