As a monopod, it does its job perfectly. However, he is not perfect. The head of the monopod only has a stepless tilt, the pan is the base and not adjustable. So if you try to keep a hand on the stick and pan, the stick will also move, which isn't great for smooth movement. To unlock the ball joint on the base, you must bend down or lift the entire monopod to access the latch. For these reasons I returned it and chose Libec HFMP.
