These are not fleece lined. They are more of a thick stretch material with a brushed inner surface. Less texture than a sweatshirt. No lining, no fleece, but warmer than traditional leggings. They fit decent, measure and use the chart. I do like the pockets. I have not tried them in wet circumstances yet so I can not speak to water resistance, but they do not attract dog hair and that makes them a keeper for me.See full review

One of the panels came shorter than the other. I ordered 2 sets, in 2 different colors, and that set had the same problem. I will have to re-hem them to make them all even, since they were for the same window and look dumb with different lengths. I really do not have time to do this right now (hem panels), but this was the only company I found that sold both colors I needed, and I ordered them so they would all match.
