My new gift-knitting yarn! But what weight is it tho?

This yarn is great! It is so soft that it almost feels buttery. I have not blocked my project yet, and if the softness changes for the worse after blocking, I will update this review. The yarn is on the finer side, but I cannot gauge what size it is. At first inspection, it seems like fingering weight / sock yarn, but when doubled, it becomes worsted, almost chunky. So I am going to say that this is sport / DK weight yarn. (though I am still unsure haha) The colors in the product photos need to

A great find for cotton yarn!

So far I am very pleased with this yarn. I find it hard to find cotton sport and cotton baby yarn and I was so happy to find it on Revain at a reasonable price. I make baby and young children wash clothes and cotton is the best. Good variety of colors and fast delivery.

It's cotton. - my new review

I have yet to use cotton yarn that was what I consider really soft. To me, cotton yarn feels okay but isn't the greatest. But, it's durable. Now, there are some cotton yarns out there that I have not actually touched that may feel softer, such as Stylecraft. But, I was looking for a similar but less expensive yarn to replace what was recommended in the pattern. This seems to fit the bill.The yarn is stitching up pretty nicely but on a rare occasion I will have a stitch that I have to redo…

Excellent quality cotton!

Working on a Drops sweater pattern with this and it works up very nicely! A very soft cotton that is just the right size for most of my favorite patterns and isn't to bulky or kitchen-y :)

Just what I've been looking for .

I've been looking for a cotton yarn that was thinner than the usual sugar n cream but bigger that Aunt Lydia's thread yarn and I found it. I have made several tops with this yarn and it is awesome! I have purchased other colors to add to my yarn stash. I'm glad I took a chance on purchasing this yarn. It was a GREAT find. :-)

Silky smooth yarn in my review

This is beautiful, silky, lightweight bamboo cotton. Love the feel of it. The only thing I would add is that you ck your work often, because the strands can separate & then you might have to rip out your work & redo. I love how this shawl turned out!

Great yarn! good for me

Really excellent fingering-weight yarn. It is soft, silky, and perfect for knitting (I haven't crocheted or done other projects with it).The quality of the yarn is very good. Some fingering-weight bamboo yarn very easily pulls into its individual threads. Not so this! It's very homogenous.Excellent, consistent color.Great buy!

Good quality, easy to crochet, pretty neutral color.

I used this yarn to make washcloths. Perfect for that application. The color runs true and steadily thru the skein. The yarn did not split or in any way make itself difficult to work with.

Really Good Yarn - my new review

This is a very fine (thin) cotton yarn. I bought it for doll clothes/accessories so would be the appropriate weight/size when crocheted. It is wonderful! It is a quality yarn. No splitting, no knots, smooth and easy to work with. I have used several different size hooks from E down and love the end results.

Smaller than expected

The skeins are much, much smaller than I expected. It’s perfect for my current use, but too fine for most of my projects. Each one is about 5” (13cm) long and about 2” (5cm) thick. 50 gram/180 yards, 3.25/3US.
