Review on Twinkle Star 300 LED Window Curtain String Light: Perfect Decoration for Wedding Party, Home Garden, Bedroom - Ideal for Indoor and Outdoor Walls - Warm White Glow by Alejandro Labustin

When I received these bulbs I had to unravel them. Most of it wasn't twisted like the instructions say. When plugged in and turned on, none of the indicators lit up. There was also a completely different section with lights that was not connected to the connector section. There are two ends that looked like they were cut off. (photo attached) I'm wondering if someone has sent them back before and just sent them back to someone else. I hope it isn't. Luckily I opened them in the returns window. Such a disappointment, I was really looking forward to it. :(
