I'm always looking for some new pans because it seems the pans we pick just don't hold up. I considered buying the Always Pan by Our Place but never got around to it. I do have a lot of Ninja products and I've been happy with all of them so when I saw they had cookware I went for it. Happy I did! Love this pan!I got the Cherry Tart color and it is a dark, deep cherry red. This set comes with a spatula with an off-the-counter nub on the bottom of it and it also happens to nestle perfectly on top of the pan lid. Also comes with the pan lid, steamer basket thing, and the pan itself.I've cooked a pound of pasta, a pound of ground meat, and a 28 oz can of diced tomatoes in this thing and I was surprised it all fit. Any food I've cooked in here (lets be honest - it's been mostly pasta dishes because.well.I love pasta) has turned out perfectly cooked. I was extra surprised when I didn't have to keep turning the heat up and down on our electric stove (ugh, I know, electric) because with our other pans (Rachel Ray, T-Fal, Calphalon) I've had to do just that. Maybe something about the layers of this pan and how it's made makes the heat retention and distribution better? Idk but it's something magical in there and I'm happy with it.And what what what DISHWASHER SAFE?! YES! Husband is uber happy about that one.and I can't complain either, haha. Also it says on one of the instructional things in the box that you can go ahead and use metal utensils with this pan but nothing sharp like knives or bbq forks. Idk about you but I've just gotten in the habit of not using any metal utensils on non-stick pans so I'm continuing that tradition with this pan even though it says I can use them.Also you can stick it in the oven for up to 500°F, yay.Overall extra satisfied with this purchase and most definitely would purchase again. I'm hoping they make an entire cookware set of this exact same pan type because I'd like to buy them! Highly recommended!
