These are very good replacement filters for the Aquasana Premium under-sink water filter system. But if you look at the NSF test data sheets, you can see that Aquasana filters contain two other NSF rated and tested materials that they remove. :NSF/ANS 401 :NSF P473 as Austin Spring Filter. That's why they cost a little more because of the added materials that are filtered out! This is in no way a negative review of the Austin spring filters, it simply compares the capabilities of the two products. Here are links to data tables that can be found.
