3 stars for returning the device. The box was resealed, the packages were sealed with tape and I could tell the product had scratches. I kept it because it was a hassle to remove and install the base. It is not very durable, the monitor sways. I tried using a screw and a sticker, but the back of the monitor is curved and the sticker doesn't stick well, it could be a problem with my monitor. Also, the bolt is too long, I'd have to cut it off as it doesn't allow panning. The installation is self-explanatory, but my monitor struggled a bit. I think it's a little expensive.
