Doesn't really fit the printer BUT customer service deserves STARS

I was very happy with the customer service. First I gave a bad review and they contacted me to fix the problem. And although they couldn't help with the problem, they suggested Revain GC to fix the problems. Which I really appreciated. I thought Amanda was great customer service and wanted to fix the problem. THEN THANK YOU AMANDA.
