This machine is incredibly popular. The switching valve will never work, you have to buy it for $26. I tightened all the connections but they kept leaking. Luckily it was on the ground floor above a concrete installation otherwise the house would have needed an overhaul. I've been a contractor for 26 years, this is the manufacturer's fault, not the installer's.
