I ordered this brush as a replacement thinking I had lost my favorite Paul Mitchell 413 brush which I bought around 2001. A lot has changed since then, but this brush never has. My 413 styling brush has seen my ups and downs, short hair, long hair, bangs and no bangs. This brush is ideal for detangling fine hair. Thanks to Paul Mitchell for still making this brush. Now I have a shower and a dry brush! Edit: 9 months later. So it's still an old trusted friend, but as proof that "they don't make them the way they used to" I had to post an edit to my original. review and remove a star. After about 3 months of use I started shedding small white lumps and now it's reduced to about 50%. They must be using some crappy glue because my OG brush still has them.
