Works well on Windows 10 and OBS and Multi Cam Capture Pro. In OBS I can set up 2 cameras (including one with this capture card) and a webcam and in OBS as such everything works fine. With Multi on Pro I can record up to 4 cameras in real time and this device works well with this program as well. Then of course it's saved as a .mov file which you can import into Pinnacle or Luxea studios and then modify those individual videos for final editing. I know MOST modern camcorders (like Sony, Cannon etc.) have much better video/audio quality than a regular webcam (I use 2 Logitech C-920 webcams and they work great), but my Cannon camcorder works even better. I recommend this product BUT; You will likely need a USB extension cable as the cable that comes with it is quite short.
