The product looks high quality and is well assembled, the whole back of the product is covered with sticky pad. I'm not sure how durable it will be when exposed to the snow and salt of a Canadian winter. Seems to fit well but my footstool doesn't seem to be entirely flat but slightly concave and as a result you can feel the pad flexing when you press down with your foot and you can hear the center of the adhesive shifting detaches from the footstool when you release the pressure - I'm not sure if this applies to my 2014 328i or if the newer 3 Series has a slightly concave dead pedal rather than a completely flat one. Other than that it's a good product and I'm happy - have used this item in combination with no-drill throttle and brake pedals which makes for some pretty nifty legroom!
