I gifted this to a 4 year old who LOVES helping out in the kitchen. I was looking for knives for them that would help them cut things without hurting themselves. It was the perfect set! The cutting board was a good size so they could cut things without falling over. The large handles were a good size for a good grip. Knives are great for cutting soft objects. During their visit, they enjoyed slicing strawberries and bananas for desserts and snacks. I've put the set in the dishwasher at least a few times and everything came out clean (no red berry stains!) and withstood washing at high temperatures too. I will definitely take them again.
