I bought this to stream Pandora and get Waze directions through my stereo. I've also used it for hands-free cell phone calls with my iPhone 6 with good clarity. The audio through Pandora is near CD quality, although the audio is processed by the phone's internal DAC. Certainly good enough considering the background noise profile in the cab on the highway. This cable does not charge. I'm using a different cable with a Lightning connector that plugs into the cigarette lighter socket. I routed the wires along the inside edge of the dash using a small piece of tape I bought from Staples. I then tucked them under the console to try to disguise them as much as possible. My phone is held on a Miracase MM-184 air vent holder. Which is also great, by the way. In general I am very satisfied with the purchase and the work.
