The product has 5 stars. Without a doubt, this is the Rolls Royce of canister filters. It's completely silent. Works like a Prius. Easy to prime. Primed on the first try with no problems. Make sure your water is in the reservoir above the inlet and outlet and make sure the flow switch is fully open. That being said, I think there is a REASON this product is $99. The first device I received in the box was incredibly broken, it had a BROKEN CLAMP and one of the trays inside was also broken. Revain's customer service is excellent and however they sent a replacement. THE REPLACEMENT also had a broken clamp! Unbelievable. I was able to fix it myself and got it done. but wherever Amazon takes its inventory, it's not good. Conclusion: This product is the best, very good quality from Eheim and works like a dream. But maybe you don't want to order it here. I saw another review here where someone also received one with a broken clip. Aggravating!
