Bought this coffee maker for our church. Every Sunday morning he only makes 4 pots on average. After 6 months the coffee got colder and colder until last Sunday the coffee was completely cold! I called Bunn and they want to send a technician out for $110 an hour with no parts. I told her there should still be a guarantee but she still insisted on the credit card number. I refuse to give them credit card information. I just wanted to return it for another car. She said to contact the seller I bought it from on Revain. The seller closed the returns window just a month after purchase so I am unable to contact the seller. Basically, I'm screwed because the seller won't give me a refund or any other, and Bunn wants to charge $110 an hour for a $230 coffee maker. Lesson, buy in store, not Revine for this car.
