Review on 🔧 Upgraded Hitachi/Metabo HPT C10RJ Table Saw Dado Table Insert (Part #371663) by Chris Lemm

As mentioned, it doesn't have a spring-loaded locking mechanism, but slides in and out with ease. There are no problems. No problems with rusting metal as others have also mentioned. My little problem is that the back edge of the plate is slightly below table level. Usually it doesn't make much of a difference, other than I was trying to cut a tongue and when I slid a piece over the blades it stuck a little. Not a great experience to have an average cut. There is also no way to set it up as far as I can see (I have a Hitachi C10RJ). Otherwise, while that's fine, I won't try to get it back. Works well enough, just not perfectly.
