All snap-on ferrites (with one exception) (have a minimum of technical details. You should specify at least (1) the maximum current up to saturation (where EMI filtering disappears) and (2) either the effective frequency range or the material (from which you can read the frequency range) yes they are cheap compared to other sources but that sucks if they want to do a good thing filtering out conducted EMI. As you can imagine for my application (filtering 180-200MHz in the cable that runs the cable from the solar panels to the inverter) they didn't do it not Jack C.
