The product is very strange. It only works if you have foundation or cream underneath, otherwise it will grin and discolour. So if you use cream or foundation before you put on lipstick that's great, but if you put it on a clean face you look like a clown, well I did it. I "bleed" and the color turns into an unpleasant orange-red. However, when you use cream or foundation, things change and you end up with a gorgeous lipstick that glides on easily and gives you that rich, velvety color you desire. To be honest I didn't know that and was about to throw it away. Months went by and one day after I applied foundation I realized I had run out of lipstick and voila, I thought about it.
