The shelving unit was easy enough to assemble - took 15 minutes maybe. It will be sturdy enough for what I will be using it for however it’s not a $60 shelf. Will I keep it and use it? Yes. Will I pay $60 for it again? No.

first of all, this is NOT anywhere near the quality of typical metal wire shelves that use plastic clips to hold the shelves in place. it's thinner and lighter, overall, and i'm not sure how i didn't notice in the images but the legs aren't solid, single pieces with notches for adjustability. they're thin poles that must be inserted in sections (think: swiffer handle) and the clips that hold the shelves in place are also used to secure each leg section together, so shelf spacing is limited by…

I had a plastic set of shelves for the lack of a pantry in my kitchen. It was big and bulky and just about ready to give out from the weight of everything. So when I saw this, I knew it would be more narrow, but I got 2 extra shelves than I had before. This is perfect for my small kitchen. Held everything I needed it to. Very happy with this purchase. Bought this over other units, despite negative reviews, due to the size of the shelves. Have assembled a bunch of shelves/bookcases so thought it wouldn’t be too hard. Wrong! First, the instructions show an ‘up’ arrow on the plastic clips showing which way they go on, but there are no arrows on the clips. This is way over priced for the quality of this product. The only good thing about this item is it's really easy to assemble. Took maybe 10-15 min. It's a good size and has room for a bunch of stuff but once you start putting items on the shelfs you'll see the shelfs bend and flex. I placed a crockpot on one of the shelfs it looked like the shelf was going to break in half. I'm just counting down the days until this thing breaks.

In the beginning I must admit from watching all the reviews I was totally so disappointed and agitated. However, after my son completely put it together the correct way it definitely is sturdy you have to have a lot of patience and time to assemble this thing. I would recommend it. However, they definitely need to change the mechanisms of how to put it together with those plastic parts that continuously pop off!

Fixed shelf height. This is a lightweight shelf. The plastic shelf clips have tabs that insert in holes in the metal legs, too much weight will shear the plastic and then there would be nothing to hold the shelf in place.

I didn't pay much for these shelves so I shouldn't have expected much and they lived up to that expectation! They get the job done though. The wiring on the shelving isn't always straight. I included a picture that shows that one of the wires is crooked on that shelf. Also one of the tabs on the little plastic pieces that hold the shelves was broken off. The ones at target are better! Also, they are close in price. The directions are not easy to follow. The clear clasps are very hard to insert (I broke 3 of them and had to use the spare one I got from the target brand wire shelves). Would be better if the clasps were not cheaply made!

The shelves make good use of the space in my small kitchen, so overall, I’m pleased. They are not as sturdy as I had hoped. My stand mixer weighs over 20 lbs. and I think the shelf will eventually bend under the weight. I wish the height of the shelves was adjustable, but the seller was up-front about it—they’re not.

Easy to assemble, but there's no way of sliding the next shelf completely flush with the plastic notches, only goes down over them so far. Looks half-a.ed. Other than that it does the job. Looks more sturdy in pictures.

It was a cute little stand but mainly for the price it didn't seem as sturdy as I thought it should be. Very light storage only. If it were in the $25.00 to $30.00 range I'd say great bargain. I sent it back because of this.

My new house doesn’t have a pantry, so we bought two of these to put in the laundry room for food storage and love them! They get the job done and seem to be holding up nicely.

The poles do not fit together. They get stuck halfway in the slot and wont come back apart. Get a screw together rack instad for the poles.

This shelf was easy to assemble. I had a few instances where the white plastic clips wouldn't stay together, but when I put the shelf on them and pushed down, it slid right over and hid the clips. It's important to put the shelves on with the holes wider side on the bottom - otherwise your shelves will be sitting on TOP of the white parts instead of over them.Shelf seems to be sturdy and of good quality.

We read other reviews for assembly and looked at pictures, and that helped a lot. It is a nice shelf, great basement storage.

When I purchased this unit, it was around $55. It didn't live up to my expectations.The poles are hollow, come in four pieces, and are smaller in diameter than most comparable shelving units.The clips are not like other units either, instead of a pressure fit to a notch, there is actually a nub that goes into drilled holes in each of the joining pole pieces. They do stay in place, but you cannot adjust the spacing of the shelves.The shelves did not hold up to me pushing them down to lock them…

Assembly took awhile to understand at first, but straightforward once it was clear. WATCH THE VIDEO FOR INSTRUCTIONS! I thought it seemed silly that the plastic caps were not touching, but it’s supposed to be that way. When putting the racks on the bars, push down with force so the plastic caps aren’t showing. I keep seeing other reviews that the plastic caps are fully out - those racks just aren’t pushed all the way in or maybe their plastic caps were put backwards so it doesn’t fit the hole…

Great price and lightweight, however you don't have the ability to adjust the shelf height like you do on the ones I usually get from Home Depot (HDX). There are pre-determined slots for the stoppers to go (good luck getting them to fasten together, too). I had to return this because I needed a little bit more height between the shelves.

This was the worst quality shelving I have ever used. I'm a professional organizer and deal with all kinds of shelving and I hope to never buy it again. Fortunately or unfortunately, it does fits inside of Ikea's Brimnes wardrobe with very little wasted space. I hope it holds up for my client. It's quality is an embarrassment.
