Review on EMPIST by Ben Balas

I like most about Empist is it's service level agreements that clearly outlines what each customer gets from them as well its flexibility in billing cycles which has been very hard sometimes with other providers but not anymore due this one!! It have helped keep my cost down by getting rid off some unneeded servers/apps while keeping up good performance levels overall (my customers' satisfaction rate). We are solving issues related security threats mostly web attacks etcetera using IPS solution offered under their Managed Security Services product line! The customer support team is very responsive and always willing to go above and beyond to help our clients. They are also very knowledgeable about their product which makes them easy to work with. I have not had any issues using EMPIST as a client. We use EMPIST to provide infrastructure management services for our customers. This includes patching, monitoring servers, and security audits.
