This was/is a terrible safe. Cons=1: Written instructions are not well written. You can understand it, but after reading it for a long time. No significant troubleshooting guide. 2: The batteries that came with the kit were dead. (typical and expected). The batteries were the "cheapest" brands/types they could afford. I expected that and installed lithium-ion batteries. The battery compartment is very difficult for people with large hands. 3: The touchpad never worked. All "beeps" and "lights" didn't work. 4: Nothing really worked as Manuel says. 5: Lagg/drywall screws included but no screws. As stated in the description included. 6: The safe could only be opened with the key. This defeats the whole purpose of the "electronic lock". Pros: No. Do not buy this item. I sent it back 2 days after it didn't do anything it was bought to do.
