I like that they have excellent customer service representatives who are knowledgeable about their products. The software has many tools to help streamline processes of our daily workflows. It was difficult at first getting used to logging into programs while away from office during business travel but after learning how everything worked it's no longer stressful or confusing! They also make adding additional users very easy by having multiple options available online. We utilize this product mainly as a cloud storage solution and some email functions. However we don't dislike any specific features about this program; however there isn’t anything we use currently either so perhaps other clients would appreciate more functionality with the system. This system helped us keep all documents easily accessible via mobile devices which allowed employees access to important information when not within earshot of others. Allowing individuals to input tasks quickly without needing supervisor approval made workflow much easier since most people can be.
