They don’t. They’re kind of retro-style sleeves and I like them because they’re cute without making my shoulders look wide. Perfect dress to wear with heels for nice outing, and also perfect to match with white sneakers for a day out with lots of walking.I also like that you can tie the ribbon in front or the back.
