I like that it actually does what it needs to do to keep the water cold all day and night even in extreme heat. After 8 months I had a problem with bottled water. I wrote to their support team and in less than 24 hours they replied with a great solution. I have tried customer service at various companies for many years and few of them have been satisfactory. But SIC, when he was willing to help me with my problem and did so quickly and respectfully in over 20 years, I have never experienced such great and excellent service. Thanks to the SIC cups, I can't get enough of the cold.
