I have congestive heart failure. I have to drink water and I hate it. This mug keeps my water ICE 🥶 COLD for hours. So I keep doing what I have to do. The size I bought is easy to hold, doesn't leak, and even has a carabiner handle so I can attach it to the handle of a backpack or bag. I LOVE IT! ❤️ Should have bought a long time ago.

I received this cool bottle as a gift. It's smooth, lightweight and keeps drinks cold for a long time. I usually keep a bottle in my car, so a built-in straw comes in handy. Unfortunately, I took it with me on a walk and accidentally forgot. I recently ordered a new bottle but had to return it as the clip on the handle was damaged. My replacement bottle should arrive today. Fingers crossed I'll be using my new bottle soon.

This is amazing - the pictures don't do it justice. I've had SO many compliments! I've been using SIC water bottles for a while, but this is my first bottle with a straw top. I have noticed a significant difference in a bottle with a straw cap compared to a bottle with a screw cap. Straw lids don't last as long as others. That said, it still keeps everything cool enough in my opinion, just not as cold as the others.

I have a bottle of SIC that I bought at a charity auction 3 years ago. I use it on my bike and it's a bit shabby. But apart from a few scratches it's like new. I can say that they keep my water nice and cold. As for hot, I haven't tried it. This new bottle came with a straw cap. It is great. My auction bottle had a screw cap that had to be removed to drink. I bought it for my wife from Santa Claus. I like it so much. Santa brought me a new red bottle.

I think this is a beta product, not ready for real customers yet. Everything seemed solid and the water stayed pretty cold all day. The biggest problem I had was the straw kept falling out from the inside. I know why they didn't just attach a straw to the lids or offer a chug lid like they do on a Yeti, but I still had to open the lids to drink every time. Most likely, if you are willing to compromise, everything will be fine. Not willing to compromise on basic usability, had to bring it back.

I like that it actually does what it needs to do to keep the water cold all day and night even in extreme heat. After 8 months I had a problem with bottled water. I wrote to their support team and in less than 24 hours they replied with a great solution. I have tried customer service at various companies for many years and few of them have been satisfactory.
