Review on CHIYODA by Jason Connolly

My most recent visit to CHIYODA as a consumer was less than satisfying. The website's layout is confusing, and its products aren't represented well in their photos or written descriptions. The shoes and clothing I ordered were of poor quality and not what I expected. The jewelry and watch accessories were also a letdown, as they were of low quality and had a small selection. I had to wait longer than anticipated for my order to ship, and customer care was of little assistance when I tried to return an item. I would not advise anyone to shop at CHIYODA.
