I ordered a lightbulb and it doesn't work. Doesn't even deserve one star considering you went to the trouble of returning the item, but that's the lowest possible score. Judging by the reviews, this is not an isolated problem. Depending on how many bulbs someone buys, the failure rate can be lower, but in this case it was 100%. Looks like there was a faulty batch and they are being thrown away. If someone doesn't take the time to return it, it's an absolute success for Sylvania and the distributor. Perhaps other people are more tolerant of being taken away, but the ratings in the reviews seem overstated given the number of bulbs that were said not to work.
