Received and installed a cartridge, printed part of a sheet and sent an error message to the printer - error, replace cartridge. After several unsuccessful extractions and replacements of the cartridge, I opened and installed the second one. It seems to work. I've only printed 6 pages so far. So I had to buy 2 packs to get 1 good cartridge. Not a very good deal. Not sure if a cartridge is returnable or not, otherwise the company will replace the defective cartridge. There will be an update, something will change.
