Review on Green Silicone Roll-Up Pastry Mat with Measurements by Joseph Joseph by Katie Smith

I was looking for a baking mat and bought this based on the reviews. All other reviews were correct. It requires little cleaning and takes up no storage space at all. I roll out bread dough on it and don't need to add extra flour. After I'm done, I just rinse it off with water and put it in the dishwasher to dry. Green color corresponds to the picture in the picture. This is my first baking mat so I don't have any other comparison but love the fact that it measures up to 2 inches in diameter. I keep it next to my saran napkin.
