Incredibly difficult to put on

At worst. No assembly instructions, when trying to open the phone and plug it in, a nail broke off. It felt like it was too tight. could not stick the protective film. Hard to take off when it's on. I have a flat charging pad and have to remove the case to charge my phone, which is next to impossible once you put the case on.
