I ordered these sweaters for my dog and my parents' dog. My little one is a beagle/dachshund mix and weighs 30 pounds and I ordered a large size for him. The fit was perfect, I feel like it works on the smaller end of the big one. My parents dog is a kennel bulldog mix, big boy, about 95 pounds. I ordered a 2XL from Hail Mary hoping it MIGHT fit him (the largest size on most dog costumes will not fit). I was pleasantly surprised when it slipped straight on, perfect fit! The sweater also stretches a little. The sizes clearly jump HIGH, meaning the smaller sizes are smaller and the larger ones are larger. The only negative I have is the smell the sweaters had out of the packaging, it was a little chemical. I would recommend washing it before your pet puts it on if skin is sensitive.
