The product was good but the curve

The item was good but when it arrived it was bent and the box was bent and had a big hole. I don't know what happened during the delivery or when it happened but the seller quickly refunded the money to my credit card when I returned it. Also, the return process was quite easy. I will probably deal with this seller again.
