Review on Architec Gripperwood Cutting Non Slip Gripper by Jeanette Green

Bought to replace an old broken chopping board, an old school board that was too narrow for large items. It looks good with the material and pattern but that's not why I bought it so I didn't care if it was lighter/darker than the picture. It is close to the picture though not exact if you wanted/needed accuracy for a piece of art this could be an issue if you need a good sized chopping board than this. The scratches look "bad" on this one as *I* am used to my old board having hundreds if not thousands of cuts so I can see all the ones I made on this one. I also only use this for large items that I had trouble with on my old board, mainly lettuce and tomatoes, if I'm making a salad it won't mess up an old tomato board if I use it on a salad. Using mineral oil to seal this and the old board makes the marks look "better" than without using mineral oil, but then again, if you want art, as some reviewers seemed to want, well, buy it and never use it.
